To ensure a simple, accurate and hassle-free experience, we follow the process outlined below.
Initial consultation
Consultations can be done via text, email or over the phone, the process begins with understanding your project requirements. Customers can send us drawings, sketches or digital files, and our team is happy to help refine if needed. We also talk about:
- size of your project
- effects you’re looking for (e.g. one layer, two layer or 3 layer signs)
- desired thickness of metal
At this time, we can provide a rough estimate on the cost.
Design
Our team will draft your designs and/or convert your files into CNC cut ready format. All files whether you supply or we design are checked for accuracy to ensure clean cuts and proper fit.
Quoting and approval
After reviewing the design and materials, we provide a clear and competitive quote. Once approved, your job is scheduled for production.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Your project is cut using precision CNC plasma cutting equipment. This ensures consistent accuracy, smooth edges and repeatable results, whether it’s a single custom job or a larger production run.
Quality Check
All parts are inspected to ensure they meet specifications. If required, parts will be deburred. Items will be assembled in-house, ensuring the highest level of detail and quality.
Pick-up
When the order is complete, you’ll be notified for pick-up at our facility. Delivery options can be made upon request and will be an additional cost.
